These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by South Wales Auto Store ("we", "us", "our") to any individual or business ("you", "your") in connection with the sourcing and arrangement of vehicle leasing agreements for cars and vans through third-party funders or finance providers.
By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Our Role as a Broker
• South Wales Auto Store operates as an independent credit broker, not a lender or vehicle supplier.
• We work with a panel of authorised finance providers and leasing companies to obtain competitive leasing offers on your behalf.
• We may receive a commission or fee from the finance provider for introducing you to them. This can vary depending on the product and provider.
• Details of commission are available on request.

3. Leasing Process
3.1 Initial Quotation
• All quotations are subject to change and are not an offer to finance.
• Quoted prices may vary due to changes in interest rates, VAT, vehicle availability, manufacturer pricing, or funder terms.
3.2 Finance Application
• A finance application will be required and is subject to credit approval by the selected finance provider.
• We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved, nor can we influence the credit decision.
3.3 Order Confirmation
• A formal vehicle order and finance agreement will need to be signed before a vehicle is supplied.
• Upon placing an order, you may be required to pay a broker fee or processing fee. This will be disclosed in advance.

4. Delivery and Lead Times
• Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
• Delays can occur due to manufacturer issues, vehicle availability, registration, or delivery logistics.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from delayed delivery.

5. Fees and Charges
• We may charge a broker fee for our services. This fee will be confirmed before you proceed with the application.
• Any applicable charges will be detailed in your Broker Agreement or Order Form.
• You may be required to pay this fee before we confirm your vehicle order or proceed with finance documentation.

6. Cancellation Policy
• If you cancel your order after signing the vehicle order form or finance documents, cancellation fees may apply.
• You may lose any processing or broker fees paid, and further charges may be incurred based on costs incurred with suppliers or finance providers.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
7. Consumer Rights
If you are contracting as a private individual, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts with finance providers.
This does not automatically apply to vehicle supply or broker services unless specifically stated in the finance or broker agreement.

8. Your Responsibilities
• Ensure all information provided during the application process is accurate and complete.
• Review and understand the terms of any finance agreement before signing.
• Maintain valid insurance, MOT, servicing, and compliance throughout the lease term.
• Return the vehicle in accordance with the finance provider’s return standards (e.g. BVRLA fair wear and tear).

9. Complaints Procedure

10. Limitation of Liability
South Wales Auto Store shall not be liable for:
• Losses caused by finance providers or vehicle suppliers.
• Losses due to delayed delivery or registration.
• Financial loss, loss of profit, or business interruption.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the amount of any fees paid directly to us.
